How much do you charge?

 The cost of our services is determined after our first discovery meeting where we gain a clear understanding of your needs and assess whether we can assist you. This process is similar to visiting a dentist – until the check-up is done, the extent of work required is uncertain.

Do you charge for the Discovery Meeting?

 No, the purpose of the initial discovery meeting is to understand your requirements, assess the complexity of finding a solution, and determine if our financial adviser is the right fit for you.

Do you provide advice in the initial Discovery Meeting?

No, personal financial advice will always be provided in writing.

How long will it take to receive my Statement of Advice (SOA)?

The time taken to provide a written SOA is directly related to the research and analysis needed to tailor a solution to your needs. The timeframe varies depending on the complexity of your situation. Factors such as dealing with multiple product providers, insurance companies or self-managed super funds can make the process more time-consuming. As such, the time taken for your SOA may vary, but it is not a 24-hour turnaround.
