Operations Lead

Rachael Barratt is the Operations Lead  at EKB Financial Advisers.

Rachael’s goal is to assist clients and Dale with the inevitable administration and paperwork that comes with seeking and implementing personal financial advice. 

Holding a Bachelor of Education,  Rachael  brings a varied background in education, including teaching,  to EKB Financial Advisers. She contributes strong customer and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and a dependable foundation for Dale’s client advice process.

At EKB Financial Advisers, Rachael is driven by a desire to improve processes. Throughout her career, she has been praised for her warm and friendly demeanour, which has helped her build strong connections with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. 

When Rachael isn’t in the office or at the gym, you’ll find her behind the wheel as 'Muber' (Mum Uber). Her busy teens enjoy the service.
