Rachael Barratt is the Operations Lead  at EKB Financial Advisers.

Rachael’s goal is to support the advice Dale provides and assist Clients and Dale with the inevitable administration and paperwork that comes with seeking and implementing personal financial advice. 

Holding a Bachelor of Education,  Rachael  brings a robust background in education, including teaching, consulting, and leadership roles, to EKB Financial Advisers. She contributes strong customer and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and a dependable foundation for Dale’s client advisory process.

At EKB Financial Advisers, Rachael is driven by a desire to constantly improve processes and find innovative solutions to challenges. Throughout her career, she has been praised for her warm and friendly demeanour, which has helped her build strong connections with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. This has also been a key factor in her success in managing complex operations for the benefit of their clients. 

When Rachael isn’t working with clients or at the gym, you’ll find her spending time driving Mum's taxi. Her busy teens enjoy the service!
